This large multifamily residential project has almost 180 units of varying types.  The design of these units was a careful balance between observing the architectural guidelines in the area and meeting the client's requirement that the homes have a fresh and unique look.  The result is a group of multiplexes that look unified but avoid monotony through careful variation and use of colour.
