One of the challenges in designing this attached infill was the project's site. The property borders two back lanes and is separated from Crowchild Trail by a high wall and the width of one of these lanes. The solution maximizes Northerly light while minimizing that from the South. It features generous 14' bedrooms with sloped ceilings, as well as attractive North-facing balconies.
