This conceptual design was a marketing exercise, intended to demonstrate the potential of a very unique site. The site is a corner, hillside lot with numerous existing trees. Our response took full advantage of the hillside and organized the house to maximize light, privacy, and enjoyment of the plant life. The design is streamlined and contemporary, with enough complexity to create very interesting spatial conditions.
