Our client's vision for this multifamily residential community was to create a serene place to live, away from life's daily bustle, and evoking the gentle sway of wild rushes.  The Rushes consists of bi-levels and townhouses that have a rustic feel and comfortable interior.  The landscaping on the site is designed to engage resident families, and includes exercise- and child-friendly areas.
